I comenced to work on the engine house at Warsatch Station Echo Canion Summit yesterday. The day was very pleasant for the time of year. I commenced work this morning before sunup. It was very pleasant this morning. It commenced to cloud up about 3:00 P.M., and got to snowing so hard by 4:00 P.M. that we had to quit work. We got a stove put up in or tent this evening. I am writing you from a hospital bed in the Luthran Hospital in Norfolk where I am very comfortable. Came in Sunday evening when Marian and Horace took me up. We have been having quite a gathering at our house the last days. All a surprise to us. I have been having anginal heart attacks for 3 or 4 weeks that have been getting a little harder and sometimes more frequent.]]>
